Our team consists of creative trip designers, considerate tour operators, professional tour guides and great drivers. We love what we do and we are good at it. We firmly believe that adventure could and should be for everyone. As a driver for a lifetime, I love my job, because I get to know different people from every corner of the world, many of them became my good friends. I don’t speak much English or any other foreign languages, somehow I can ‘read the minds’. I’m eager to provide my guests with cosy and comfortable travel experience, I always keep my car neat and tidy. I have three kids, they’re the treasures of my life. In my spare time, taking care of my garden is my biggest hobby.
After getting a master’s degree on political philosophy from Beijing Normal University in 2011, I jumped on a slow train and took a 30-hour journey to Chengdu. First worked as a newspaper journalist then a lifestyle magazine editor and then a tour guide, but my real goal is to discover the secret behind this so called—Land of Abundance: why people claim Chengdu the happiest city in China? Sichuan Adventure became a magical tool, every adventure is an endeavor to find out the answer, and to examine life itself. Just as Socrates once put, ‘the unexamined life is not worth living’.
I was born in the 90’s, father of two lovely and loud kids. I try to play basketball and ping-pong every week, but I hardly have time to do it. My driving experience give me a lot chance to meet new friends from different cultures, and I love the fresh breeze from the great outdoor, smells like freedom. If I was not on the road, I would spend the most of time with my family, cook for them, watch TV with them. Someday when I get retired, maybe I’ll open a noodle shop.
With over 10 years of working experience as an English-speaking guide and tour operator, I have worked in Kaifeng of Henan province, Beijing, and then Chengdu of Sichuan province in tourism industry. I’ve guided thousands of guests from all over the world and received plenty of raved reviews. I love to meet people from different parts of the world and show them the amazing places of my country as well as communicate with them about everything.
I’m a Chengdu-born, fashion-obsessed guy who once was a professional dancer. I’m passionate about music and travel, and take every chance I get to live what I love and love what I live. I knew Chengdu city thoroughly from local markets to street vendors. My favorite destination is wherever I’m going next, near or far. I’m fond of different kinds of desserts,I can eat them all. When I’m not working, I’m probably on my bed sleeping or in the gym, hanging out with friends and enjoying a glass of ginger ale would be perfect. BTW, I collect everything of Mariah Carey.
I was born and grew up in a nomadic family in Dege, Eastern Tibet. I previously studied in India for more than 10 years, continuing schooling in Kangding, Sichuan for 3 years. I’m fluent in Tibetan, English, and Mandarin and speak basic French. My knowledge of the Tibetan culture has helped me a lot in guiding trekking, photography, and nature education tours in the Tibetan areas.
